Delivery Information & Lead Times

Indoor & Outdoor Bars - Applies for standard & bespoke

  • We quote delivery & installation will be between 3-4 weeks from order on all standard and bespoke bars. We contact you at the point of order with a more accurate lead time and provisionally book a date for delivery & installation.
  • All our bars are made to order by our team of craftsmen here in the UK and pre-built in our factory before delivering.
  • We deliver & install your new bar with our own vans & team into the room and position of your choice.
  • We remove all packaging and you're able to enjoy your new bar straight away!

Bar Accessories & Furniture

  • We quote delivery will be between 5-14 working days from order. We contact you at the point of order with a more accurate lead time and provisionally book a date for delivery.
  • Delivery is made by either our own vans or by specialist couriers.
  • For unpacking & placing in room of choice service, please contact us for a quote.

 

Our products are vigorously checked through each manufacturing process and go through a final quality control inspection before being packed and loaded for delivery.

Returns Policy

You can always contact us for any return question at info@rpbars.co.uk.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
